Because our products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately, all sales are considered final once the download link has been accessed.
Our satisfaction commitment
We stand behind our solutions. If your package is faulty, incomplete, or not as described, contact support@charious.shop within 14 days of purchase and we'll repair the file, provide the correct materials, or issue a refund at our discretion.
Duplicate or accidental purchases
Contact us within 48 hours and we'll refund any duplicate or accidental order that has not been downloaded.
