Licence
When you purchase a Charious solution, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own properties or business. You may not resell, redistribute or publish our files.
Digital delivery
Products are delivered electronically. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download your files promptly.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full card details.
Intellectual property
All content, templates and the Charious name and logo are the property of Charious Check In and may not be used without permission.
Liability
Our materials are provided "as is" as guidance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charious is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
